The website smart-autorates.com is owned and operated by WEEDEV SAS, a simplified joint-stock company specializing in digital marketing.
WEEDEV SAS has its registered office at 114 rue Gallieni, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France, and is registered with the Trade and Companies Register under SIREN number 820 561 538. Its President is Value Invest Holding, represented by its manager Léo Hauet.
WEEDEV SAS is not an insurance distributor. The Company connects prospects with companies offering automobile insurance products.
“T&Cs” refer to these Terms and Conditions of Use.
“Site” refers to the website smart-autorates.com.
“Company” refers to WEEDEV SAS, creator and owner of the Site.
“User” refers to any natural person using the Site to connect with a Professional.
“Professional” refers to any natural or legal person acting within their professional activity and offering products or services via the Company.
The User may become a “Client” of the Professional if a contract is concluded.
“Applicable Legislation” refers to all laws and regulations applicable to online activity,
including French Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004.
These T&Cs govern the relationship between the Company and Users accessing or using the Site. Any use of the Site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
The Company provides a connection service between Users and Professionals offering automobile insurance products.
The Company endeavors to ensure continuous access to the Site but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical constraints may temporarily suspend access.
The Company shall not be liable for interruptions due to force majeure, internet service provider failures, or insufficient network coverage.
Users are presumed to be of legal age unless proven otherwise.
Users agree to use the Site lawfully and in accordance with its intended purpose. Any misuse may result in liability under applicable laws.
Access to the Site and the connection service between Users and Professionals is free of charge.
The Company undertakes to perform its obligations with reasonable care and diligence. It shall not be liable for failures caused by third parties, Users, Professionals, or force majeure.
Users shall not engage in any unlawful activity, unfair competition, or misuse of the Site. Users are responsible for all damages caused by breaches of these T&Cs or Applicable Legislation.
Users acknowledge that:
All content on the Site (texts, visuals, logos, software, databases, etc.) is the exclusive property of the Company or its partners and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction or use without prior written authorization is prohibited and may constitute infringement.
The Company reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The updated version shall apply upon publication, and continued use of the Site implies acceptance.
If any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
These T&Cs are governed by French law, without depriving Users residing in another EU Member State of mandatory consumer protections under their national law.
